Our Strategy

Building on our purpose and priority, together with our beliefs about the future of evangelistic ministry in a fast-changing world, our strategy is built on six focus areas of activity to amplify value:

  • Operations
  • Finance
  • Governance
  • Communications
  • Fundraising
  • Spiritual Guidance

Our sustainability frame links our strategy to our purpose – to reimagine global evangelisation.

Integrating evangelistic systems

Harnessing our collective capabilities for evangelism in an increasingly unchurched and changing world, helping more people hear the Gospel.

Driving digital innovation

We innovate with a strong focus on digital to drive operational efficiencies, empower our global workforce, and engage better with the world. This includes building new ministries through GCS ventures.

External collaborations

By leveraging relationships and building new partnerships we aim to provide integrated missionary training focused on multiplying evangelists and delivering solutions to the global churchto help reach more communities with the Gospel.

Embedding into our DNA

We actively drive the sustainability frame through our operating model, our governance, and our culture. Our ministry deeply values sharing Christ with the lost over and over, which encouraged others to do the same.
